For 17 years, the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Champlain Valley (NAMI:CV) which incorporated in 2002 has been providing support, resources, and education about mental illnesses to the residents of the North Country. NAMI:CV's mission is to support families and mental health consumers of all ages, educate the public about mental illnesses, and advocate for improvements in our mental health care system. |

The North Country “People First” NYS Coordinated Care Listening Forum will be held on Friday, July 13, 2007, from 1-3 PM at Plattsburgh's Clinton Community College in the GYM (note the new location)!
We urge all NAMI: CV family members, consumers, and community members to attend this historic event in order to highlight our rural issues, needs, and concerns. We plan to have an exhibit table, and we will have signs for you to hold up that highlight some of ou...

Hi everyone! I had a great time at the NAMI National Convention! The first days were a bit rough trying to network with people. Then I got hooked up with NAMI Ohio and overcome my bashfulness. Yeah, if you know me well enough you would think I was lying, Ha!
